-All Andrea Groussman Fine Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days.
-Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void our 90-day guarantee.
-Should you require a repair, please contact us at with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Andrea Groussman Fine Jewelry will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
-If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note additional repairs not under warranty are offered at a nominal repair fee.
